Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the public Deltaware website and access to Deltaware-operated products unless a separate written agreement applies.

Effective: 12 August 2026Contact: [email protected]

1. About Deltaware

Deltaware is an independent Swedish software business. Deltaware develops and operates software products, including Adverge.

2. Acceptance and scope

By using this website or a Deltaware product, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to you. If you use a product for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.

A separate order, service agreement, data-processing agreement, or other written agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these general terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use Deltaware products only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with product instructions, connected-platform rules, and applicable law.

You must not:

  • access or use another business’s account, data, or assets without authority;
  • submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content;
  • attempt to bypass security, access controls, usage limits, or approval safeguards;
  • interfere with the service or use it to distribute malicious code; or
  • use Deltaware products in a way that violates a connected provider’s terms or policies.

4. Accounts and authority

You are responsible for accurate account and business information, protecting sign-in credentials, and limiting access to authorised people. Notify Deltaware promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for any business information, advertising account, Page, creative material, audience instruction, lead form, or other asset you connect or provide.

5. Connected platforms

Deltaware products may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta. Those platforms remain separate services governed by their own terms, permissions, availability, and review processes.

You retain control of your underlying provider accounts and may revoke an integration through the relevant provider. Deltaware cannot guarantee the availability, approval, or behaviour of a third-party platform.

6. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the content and business data you provide. You grant Deltaware the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content to provide and secure the authorised service.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.

7. Deltaware intellectual property

Deltaware and its licensors retain all rights in the website, products, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology. Access to a product does not transfer ownership.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected product elements except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Service operation

Deltaware may maintain, improve, secure, or change its products. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security work, incidents, or third-party dependencies.

Specific service levels, support commitments, fees, warranties, and liability limits are governed by the applicable written customer agreement where one exists.

9. Suspension and termination

Deltaware may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment under an applicable agreement, or harm to customers, connected platforms, or the service.

When access ends, obligations that by their nature should continue remain in effect, including confidentiality, intellectual-property protection, payment obligations, and lawful data retention.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under other law. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent Swedish courts unless a written agreement states otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

Deltaware may update these terms as its products or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
