1. Disconnect provider access
If you connected Meta or another provider to Adverge, you may first disconnect the integration in the product or remove it from the provider’s business-integration settings. Removing an integration stops future API access but does not automatically delete data already stored lawfully.
2. Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request.
Include only the information needed to locate and verify the request:
- your name;
- the business name associated with Adverge;
- the work email address associated with the account; and
- whether you want specific data deleted or the full business account closed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, OAuth codes, personal identity numbers, or provider secret values.
3. Verification
Deltaware may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity, authority over the business, and the scope of the request. This protects customer and lead data from unauthorised deletion.
If Deltaware processes the relevant data only on behalf of a customer, the request may be referred to that customer for instruction.
4. What happens next
After verification, Deltaware will identify the relevant data and either delete it, anonymise it where appropriate, or explain why limited data must be retained. Deltaware will respond without undue delay and within the timelines required by applicable law.
Deletion may cover account information, provider connection records, stored credentials, campaign and operational data, lead data, and support records within the approved scope.
5. Limited retention
Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial records, or the integrity of backups. Access to retained data remains limited, and the data is removed when the applicable reason ends.
6. Confirmation
Deltaware will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any remaining lawful retention. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
